ICYMI: more on the XX-XY Athletics Tik Tok ban

According to Tik Tok, It is hate speech to say: it isn't fair or safe for males to compete in girls' sports. I kid you not.

Yesterday I shared a video on X. It includes a snippet from a phone call I had (finally) with Tik Tok on why XX-XY Athletics was banned, permanently, from advertising on their platform. 3 1/2 months after we were permanently “suspended” we got clarity on why.

I recorded the call. And before you “AT” me about not being allowed to record calls. I am. Colorado is a one party consent state.

I wouldn’t have gone this route. But I had a prior conversation with them on July 9th, where they asked to record the call but would not release the recording to me. They were all over the place in that call, with no clear answers — there’s a child in it! it’s political! it’s anti trans! Plus the ad rep was very sympathetic to our perspective. Of course they didn’t want me to have it.

So this time, I recorded the audio for my own record-keeping.
