My New Year's Resolution is to expose Nike for funding sports performance research associated with blocking puberty in kids as young as 12 years old. I’ve tried reaching out to various media outlets over the past few months with all the required evidence, but no one ever responds. Why won’t anyone report on it (except Sarah who does a good job at the Female Category Substack: https://www.thefemalecategory.com/)? :(

Jen, please let me know if you have any suggestions on how to spread the word or have any connections with the media that can help. Thank you.

I absolutely love and feel #3! I have made a big effort to make friends again too. It’s not easy to trust again when you’ve been so hurt. I am happy for you for this goal ❤️

My goals at my equatorial living hangout in northeast Brasil are to enjoy good local fresh foods, hit the salt water plunge at the numerous beaches daily and to remain a good person and treat others with respect. My health is relatively good for an 82 year old. I have a good female Geriatric physician and receive acupuncture and massage twice weekly. I am here by choice although I have retained my US citizenship. I have been granted permanent residency status in Brasil. Took two years of paperwork to complete but I did it the right way.

New Year blessings to the Sey Team .

Regarding the end of wokeness and such: while I'm optimistic, unfortunately systems have been set in motion that may last at least a generation. Many of these ideas are tried out at universities, and since about 2020, numerous new departments in politicized 'XYZ studies' have been established. When their faculty members get tenure, they stay put for an entire career, and moreover hire younger colleagues to safely continue on in the intellectual bubble. These departments churn out graduates who then expect well paying jobs in the public and private sectors. Nothing can be done about this self-perpetuating cycle unless entire academic departments are forced to close down, and that is extremely rare.

Long story short, thank you for all that you do to help bring an end to these corrosive ideologies.

I love the new cap!

My resolution is to not feel sorry for myself but to just suck it up and get thru my treatments as soon as possible, as so many other people have it worse than I do!

Super essay and very motivating and inspiring. Thank you.

1) be more outspoken with my daughters about realty vs nonsense weirdness. Having woke young adult daughters (21 & 24) is one of the hardest situations (emotionally) for me to figure out. Do I keep the peace and trust that time helps them to a place of common sense? Or do I challenge more?

2) add strength training a few times/week. Middle 50s need more than daily hiking or swimming or riding.

3) read 1 book/month. I also read pages of essays and articles daily but too few books.

Thanks again Jennifer! Happy new year!

That is a LOT of resolutions JS!

No doubt you can do all those…but but but ( coming from a middle aged retired gymnast, mom of 4kids, familydoctor ) number 1 is most important.

Tackling #1 will help you with all the others.

Being in better physical shape will make you feel better , think clearer, have more energy for the good/ fun stuff in life.

My resolution: speak up without fear about important things. No more “closet conservative views.“ Speak them without fear or hesitation… all while keeping an open mind to others perspective.

I admire you, SageSteele, megynkelly, RileyG …to name a few.

Thankyou for helping me find my voice.

Great post!

Whenever I see the name "Imane Khelif", I simply SMH...

I watched the Olympics, in abject horror, as this guy beat the snot out of women boxers.

IOC thought this was OK...

End of rant...

Wishing you a happy, productive, and rewarding new year!

XX-XY Athletics request for 2025: plain T-shirts that are longer! The Honest Tees are nice but for women who are in the 5'8" - 6'0"+ range they ride up the sides a bit too much, and there is no 'tall' size option.
