You’ll find more and more that the hypocrisy of the left is easy to identify the further you get away from it. This is merely one example- your championing of children to be able to go to school is another obvious one: who did the lockdowns affect the most? The “without’s” that couldn’t afford to hire a private tutor for their “responsibly formed, mostly white and privileged, learning pods”. Who will suffer long-term consequences? The without’s. The tech-bro’s are finally getting a taste of reality. It’s feels good, and awful at the same time.

Thanks for these insights, Jennifer Sey! As a woman who became a single mom working 3 part-time jobs when my pajama-class (soon-to-be-ex) husband's cross-dressing and estrogen habits emerged into the light of day, I have only cynicism for the ranks of the woke tech classes. He's COO of a database mgmt firm that has a special "pronouns" page. Now, as a retired Kindergarten teacher and modestly living trans widow, I'm able to afford to help other single mom friends, such as with $5k I gave to one for better computers her daughters needed for online school. Visit Ute Heggen Youtube channel for various methods to recover from anxiety, ptsd, and the physical manifestations of the stress of layoffs, your kid being taught the "gender unicorn" and how your ancestors are you, they've oppressed someone, for sure, blame yourself.

Any person who accepts the concept of an "essential worker" is, at this late date, either an idiot or FOS, or both.

The difference is that workers allegedly benefited from layoffs in 2020, as they no longer had to risk infection at work. They were expected to thank dictators for saving their lives. That is what my retired parents tell me, while also telling me to pull myself up by my bootstraps.
