Who the heck are the parents? They should be ashamed they encouraged this cheating.

They should be ashamed they have orchestrated the destruction of their son's psyche since before he was nine years old.

His parents are much more to blame than he is. If they transitioned him at 9, chances are his mind is so warped at this point, he doesn't even realize he is cheating.

Yes, but he'll be 18 soon (if he's not already) and then becomes accountable for all decisions going forward.

There are a lot of disturbing aspects to this situation. One of the most disturbing is the ability to alter birth certificates for a person’s given sex long after birth - with no marker that it was changed from the individual’s original biological assignment. This provides a fraudulent paper trail. The persistent claim that sex is changeable allows shill sports governing bodies like the NCAA to pretend a boy is a girl in order to sanction his participation. One major question is when will female participants stop participating in this sham?

If someone in Minnesota like "Marissa" commits a crime, the male DNA left behind will conflict with "Marissa's" deliberately falsified birth certificate. Surely Minnesota's legislators must have considered that... and cared about as much as they do about the integrity of women's sports.

I’ve made this hypothetical argument in the past to people who initially sighed and said that I’m “overreacting ”, but they came around to the idea that this either would mean DNA can’t be used to determine sex , at all -this rendering many fields irrevocably kneecapped-, or we would deliberately violate official legal records making them in essence unnecessary, also jeopardizing numerous institutions and their functions.

This isn’t a hypothetical anymore.

The parents changed his birth certificate when he was 9! Good grief. Perfectly legal in Minnesota, it’s a travesty for any female category, including sports! Crime statistics, medical research. The absurdity is mind numbing.

What a loser. No different than if Nolan Ryan or Roger Clemens had joined a girls' league. It also takes a bunch of other losers, like Tim Walz, to allow it.

Why do women never try and compete in men's sports? That tells you all you need to know about this issue.

Let’s hear from the parents of his teammates and opponents. No wait, in Minnesota it’s all cool, so that won’t happen. How pathetically enlightened of them.

It’s too much fun for the teammates, coaches and parents to be “winners” through this fraud. The opponents’ team members, coaches and parents active participation in this fraud is much harder to comprehend.

As to the opponents' team members, coaches and parents, as Jennifer says (at least for those who are aware of this subterfuge and who say nothing or otherwise approve of it) it's mysoginy, and there's no other word for it.

People do not normally like hearing this, but there's an old common law maxim that applies here - qui tacet consentire (Latin for "silence gives consent") - when someone performs any bold action in your presence, and you remain silent about it, your silence conveys your agreement with that bold action. The maxim specifically applies to a person's actions, as opposed to speech.

I find that people like to hide in the shadows, even when bold actions occur (like this 6 ft tall pitcher blowing away truly female competitors). This is also why I have immense respect for those who do speak out, like Esra Kahraman in the recent Olympics, who got beaten by boxer Lin Yu-ting (who reportedly has Y chromosomes) and made the "XX" symbol with her fingers at the end of the match. We need more of this.

So glad you kept referring to Marissa as "He".

So now, a revised birth certificate is proof positive of gender?

I've seen tee shirts and signs solving this issue.

I almost hate to put it up here but it looks like we've reached that point in our society 💔

The poster was of a woman holding a sign saying:

"One good kick in the balls will solve your gender confusion"

I would feel pretty confident saying that the parents pushed this mental illness on their son. What parent would change a child's birth certificate at such a young age?

Expand full comment
Sandy's avatar

1. It should be illegal to change a birth certificate.

2. This 6” monster has no business playing any female sport, much less flashing his rattle and flute in the girls’ team room.

3. This boy’s parents should be investigated for abuse. Transitioning a child age 9 is Munchausen by proxy at the least.

So incredibly dangerous. My little 5’2” high school freshman daughter was a varsity softball pitcher and no way she could compete with a boy. Also, when he throws a wild pitch those girls at bat are in serious risk of severe injury. We went up against a team known for their uncontrolled pitcher, a girl, and she would hit girls at bat multiple times in a row for several innings (they would get walked, if not injured). We parents were livid and eventually were vocal enough we got reprimanded but made our point and they made her knock it off or pulled her. You bet my raging ass would be on that field putting a stop to a cheating boy, coach, team and his parents. Stand up for your girls and put the cheaters to shame. This is not a joke. It shouldn’t be up to the girls or their parents but it just is. So do it. We will back you.

My fervent wish is for Novak Djokovic to retire and ‘trans’. Declare himself a woman, then enter all four Grand Slams and defeat every woman 6-0 6-0 and maybe lose 2 points over a major two week tournament.
